The ASCO Quality Care Symposium Registration Fee includes

  • Entrance into the meeting general sessions, exhibits, and poster sessions
  • Use of Interact, our new onsite mobile tool which enables attendees to
    • View session slides on their personal device in real time
    • Take notes on slides during sessions
    • Pose questions to session faculty
    • Use audience response technology
  • Access to the Attendee Resource Center, which includes the
    • Digital Program, including abstracts
    • Meeting Videos and Slides
  • Two continental breakfasts, two boxed lunches, and one wine and cheese poster reception
  • Continuing Education (CE) credits for nurses, as well as Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits and Maintenance of Certification (MOC) points for physicians

Registering for both the ASCO Quality Care Symposium and the ASCO Oncology Practice Conference? If you register and attend both meetings, you receive a $100 rebate on your ASCO Quality Care Symposium registration within 15 business days of registering for both meetings. Cancellation of your registration for one of the two meetings will invalidate the rebate offer.

Which meals are included as part of the registration fee?

  • Friday breakfast and lunch, and a wine and cheese reception
  • Saturday breakfast and lunch
  • Assorted soft drinks, tea, and coffee will be available throughout the Symposium

How do I register if I am a...

  • Spouse/Guest: A Spouse/Guest pass can be purchased for $200. Spouse/Guest passes allows access to the Posters, Exhibits, and Food Room only. Attendees may add a Spouse/Guest pass online through the registration process, or by emailing the ASCO Quality Care Symposium Customer Service Center.
  • Federal Employee: We understand that your process for registration and hotel reservations may be different. We're happy to help you navigate the process.

2018 ASCO Quality Care Symposium Proceedings 

Attendees will have the option of downloading the 2018 ASCO Quality Care Symposium Proceedings before they arrive onsite at the Symposium. The print-friendly version of the files will be available to download directly to your mobile device, tablet, or desktop beginning in late September through the Attendee Resource Center.
