The Posters, Exhibits, and Food Service Room opens at 7:00 AM on both Friday and Saturday. A complimentary continental breakfast is served from 7:00 AM–8:00 AM each day.
Friday’s first session, “What Works in Improving Cancer Care, What Doesn't Work, and Why,” begins at 8:00 AM.
Friday’s Poster Sessions are 12:15 PM–1:15 PM and 4:30 PM–6:00 PM. There are poster walks from 4:45 PM–5:45 PM on Friday.
Saturday’s Poster Sessions are 7:00 AM–8:00 AM and 11:00 AM–12:30 PM.
Poster presenters are required to be at their posters for one of the two scheduled sessions each day.

Yes, during the Poster Walks, experts in the field will lead an interactive, small-group tour of posters deemed novel, scientifically intriguing, or otherwise interesting.
The Poster Walks will take place on Friday, 4:45 PM–5:45 PM, and will be led by Carolyn B. Hendricks, MD, from Maryland Oncology Hematology, and Monika Krzyzanowska, MD, MPH, of Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.
Interested attendees should plan to meet at the Poster Assistance Desk in the Posters, Exhibits, and Food Service Room promptly at the start time of the Poster Walks. Poster Walks are not ticketed and are open to all attendees.

ASCO is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide CME for physicians.
ASCO designates this live activity for a maximum of 11.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. All nonphysician attendees are welcome to submit a request for a Certificate of Participation, which may enable application of meeting participation toward re-licensure. Please note, however, that all final decisions regarding the awarding of credits will be made by the licensing organization to which the credits are submitted.

The Attendee Resource Center provides convenient, all-in-one access to online Symposium resources, including abstracts and the Program. Files can be downloaded directly from the Attendee Resource Center to a portable electronic device, and print-friendly versions of the files are also available on the site.
Return to the Attendee Resource Center after the Symposium to print a Certificate of Attendance and to access Virtual Meeting clips of presentations.
A Career Opportunities Board will be available in the Posters, Exhibits, and Food Services room. If you are interested in posting a job, visit the staff at the Registration and Customer Service Desk in the Grand Sonoran Ballroom Foyer.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available onsite in the General Session Room and in the Posters, Exhibits, and Food Service Room. The Wi-Fi network is designed for email and web browsing, and it does not support video streaming or the downloading of large files.
Power strips are available in the General Session Room and Posters, Exhibits, and Food Service Room. There is also an Internet Station onsite to print your boarding pass, complete your evaluation, or to check email.
A Calling Station is available in the Posters, Exhibits, and Food Service room for attendees to make domestic and international phone calls free of charge.

If you did not receive your badge in the mail, please bring a photo ID to pick up your name badge.
If you received your badge in the mail, please bring your badge and materials coupon to the Symposium. You must have your purple materials coupon in order to pick up your materials.
If you are also attending the Cancer Care Business Summit or NCI–ASCO Teams in Cancer Care Delivery meeting, you may pick up your materials for all of the meetings during any of the above dates and times.
Attendees should bring a tote bag for carrying meeting materials, as well as a refillable water bottle. Water coolers will be available throughout the meeting space, but bottled water is not provided during the Symposium.
The next ASCO Quality Care Symposium will take place March 3–4, 2017, in Orlando, Florida. Starting in 2017, a practice-focused business of oncology meeting will be held on March 2, the day before the Quality Care Symposium.
